This series consists of copies of a standard form (form 5-366) describing the buildings comprising the Pierre Indian School campus. The register includes the buildings' physical description, utilities available, total cost of construction, costs of repairs expended as of June 30, 1913, yearly expenditures for repairs through June 30, 1919, and a photographic print of the building. Two supplemental entries were made in December 1937, covering the school's water system and dairy farm.
